Townhome HOA - landscaping, watering for landscaping, reserve budget, management fees, building insurance coverage, taxes on common space/park property.
Master HOA – entry monument and common/park space landscaping, liability insurance, taxes on commons space, management fees
HOA Dues (frequency, amount etc)
Townhome HOA - $289 per month, Master Association $330 per year
How is the governing board structured?
The board has Pulte employees currently managing the community with Palette management. Once it is 75% occupied/closed homes then it will turn over to the homeowners to elect board members and work with Palette management
