Yes, unless hosted by the model home/developer.

Not at this time.
How often are HOA fees increased?
Can be increased annually; however, this community has only had one increase since the inception.
Does the HOA maintain all the amenities?
Yes, the HOA is responsible for maintenance on all common green space, monuments, and walking trails.
Does the HOA have a community newsletter or intranet site for residents?
Yes. The HOA has a website for homeowner's to view information related to the association, i.e., CCR's, Architectural guidelines, HOA account information, and receive broadcast messages.
