Maintenance of the park, playground, trails and collector roads. HOA - FishHawk Ranch West Homeowner's Association, Inc. Central Park amenity - two pools (lap pool and family pool with water feature), bathrooms. Lakehouse amenity - clubhouse, fitness center, screen room/game room. Dog park - between two schools. Private mailboxes.

2018 Budgeted Homeowner's Association Dues: FishHawk IV CDD (30') Series - $141.15/Month. FishHawk IV CDD (50') Series - $157.46/Month.  Homeowner association services and fees are subject to change by Declarant and/or Board Approval.
