The Village of Lake Zurich is located about 37 miles northwest of Chicago and is an ideal mix of both rural and city living. It's close to the action, but not too close.
There are a number of places to worship, including Harvest Bible Church Lake Zurich, Lake Zurich Baptist Church, Peace Lutheran Church, St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, and St. Pius V Shrine.
Lake Zurich offers numerous shopping opportunities on Rand Road, including mega stores like Target and Kohl's. Deer Park Town Center is only minutes away, also on Rand Road, featuring stores such as Bed, Bath & Beyond, Restoration Hardware, and Pottery Barn. The small town atmosphere of Long Grove is also nearby.
Lake Zurich is host to many recreational activities on the actual lake itself, including swimming and boating. For golfers, Meadow Wood is also adjacent to Wynstone Golf Club and Lake Zurich Golf Club.
