Directions
From I-695:
- Take I-695 south to Route 97
- Travel to Route 50 east over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge
- Stay to the right on US Route 50 at the US 301 split
- Go left on MD 404
- As you approach Bridgeville, take the Route 404 bypass
- Get in the left lane and follow DE 404
- Take a right on US 113 south
- Turn left at 20/26; follow towards Bethany Beach
- Continue for approximately 12 miles on 20/26 and pass Lord Baltimore Elementary School (on Right)
- Continue for approximately 1/2 mile
- The Pulte Sales Center is on the Left at 61 Atlantic Avenue (Route 26)
From Route 1 (Coastal Highway)
- Turn onto Route 26 (stoplight close to Bethany Boardwalk)
- From Dewey Beach - on the Right; From Fenwick Island - on the Left
- Continue approximately 2 miles
- Cross over Central Avenue
- The Sales Center is on the Right
