How is the governing board structured?
Board of directors includes three resident seats and three Declarant appointed seats.

What committees contribute to the governing board?
Landscape committee, Pet committee and Budget committee

Who operates the golf course?
TPC Snoqualmie Ridge is a private golf course and has no affiliation with the HOA.

Does the HOA survey residents to find out about new interests?
No, residents can attend the neighborhood meetings if they’re interested in introducing new topics.

Are all of the community activities included in the community’s HOA fees?
No, some events have a per person cost, to cover expenses.

Does the HOA have reserve funds?
Yes, the HOA has a reserve study performed every 3 years.  The HOA is proactively funding the reserve according to the recommendations of the study.

How often are the HOA fees increased?
Budget is assessed annually; fees are increased or decreased accordingly and voted by members.

Hoes the HOA maintain all the amenities?
Yes, except the city park and the golf course.

Does the HOA have a community newsletter or intranet site for residents?
Yes, there is both a newsletter and intranet for residents.  The newsletter is a quarterly publication.
